Established in 2009 to serve local business owners

Established in 2009 to serve local owner managed businesses, we have enjoyed significant annual growth, and our client base now also includes some local branches of foreign companies, non-residents with UK tax affairs, and some high net worth individuals.

In 2015 we also expanded our services to include :

A part-time/virtual Finance Director facility for those clients who need expert support for start-up, development projects, or perhaps business sale or purchase.

A probate support service, helping with the complexities of estate distribution, and Inheritance Tax issues.

 Our Guarantees
We pride ourselves on approachability, and responsiveness, and we will strive to be available to suit our clients, and to respond to emails or voicemails within 24 hours.

Every member of our team is well qualified for the level of work that they do, and we retain this by investing in ongoing training and updates.

In the unlikely event that we get something wrong, we will redo the work free of charge.

As a member of both the Chartered Accountants England & Wales, and Institute of Certified Practising Accountants, we are measured and accountable to high standards of practise and ethics. You as the client have full access to the complaint process of these bodies in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our service.

We carry full Professional Indemnity Insurance.

 Fee Policy
For ongoing assignments, we generally adopt a fixed fee basis, developed from a review of the expected workload, and agreed with the client before any work commences. This is then paid by monthly standing order, and remains fixed unless the scope of work changes. Fees are inclusive of reasonable levels of day to day support, and insured cover against challenges from HMRC. Clients therefore have complete clarity and confidence in how much they will be charged.

For the more ad-hoc or project work, such as Due-Dilligence for a sale/purchase, or a once off business review, we will agree a fee in advance before starting work.
